Research Interests

• Spearheaded the development of novel organoid and animal models to investigate the underlying  mechanisms of human immune and physiological responses to microbial agents.

• Engineered advanced AI algorithms for efficient microbial database mapping and collinearity analysis,  significantly enhancing pattern recognition and data integration.

• Led extensive multiomics analyses to decipher host responses to HERV-k in pulmonary arterial hypertension  (PAH) patients, generating new insights into disease mechanisms.

• Developed innovative statistical models for the rigorous analysis of microbial datasets, thereby improving  the accuracy and reliability of research findings.
