Dr. Na Jiao got her PhD on Bioinformatics from Tongji University and is now a research fellow at Children's Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. The research topics of Dr. Jiao focus on the interpretation of microbiome data, including: 1) the pathogenesis of chronic diseases mediated by microbiota-host interactions; 2) determination of microbial markers in cancers; 3) microbiome analyses platform. She has published 12 research papers in Gut, Nature Microbiology, Nature Communications, and Cell Reports Medicine as the first and corresponding authors (including co-author), with a total of more than 1,100 citations, and three of which are ESI highly cited papers. Currently, she hosts the Youth project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
